Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert. Ab 2025 wird es noch eine weitere Attraktion geben, die den Aufenthalt in der Hauptstadt zum Erlebnis macht. Auf dem Gelände der Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin entsteht – in Zusammenarbeit mit der Titanic Hotelgruppe – ein außergewöhnliches Projekt: In umfunktionierten Seecontainern werden über 100 Zimmer, Car- & Bike-Suites und Serviced Apartments für Kurz- und Langzeitaufenthalte entstehen. Die Serviced Apartments werden in einem denkmalgeschützten Loft-Gebäude untergebracht sein. Die Lage ist ideal für Erkundungstouren in der Hauptstadt, Ausflüge zur Zitadelle Berlin und Freilichtbühne Spandau – mit entspannter Nachtruhe am See.
Platziert werden die 77 Container-Design-Hotelzimmer auf den Dächern der Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin, viele davon mit Blick auf den Spandauer See. Die über zwölf Meter langen „High-Cubes“ sind mit 27 qm große Seecontainer, die mit hochwertigen Materialien in modernem Design veredelt werden – natürlich wird der besondere Charme der zurückliegenden abenteuerlichen Jahre auf den Weltmeeren erhalten – ganz in Motorworld-Manier. Durch das großzügige Open-Lobby-Konzept des Hotels wird es auch ruhige Plätze und gemütliche Ecken zum Arbeiten oder Chillen geben. Das 500 qm große Restaurant empfängt seine Gäste mit kulinarischen Highlights, die auch auf der direkt am Wasser gelegenen Außenterrasse kredenzt werden. Titanic Konzept-Hotels sind vielen Urlaubern in der Türkei und in Deutschland bekannt. Begonnen hat alles im Jahr 2003 mit dem spektakulären, in Schiffsform gestalteten Titanic Deluxe Lara in Antalya. Der Name wurde schließlich zur Marke. Und auch wenn jedes der Titanic Hotels immer wieder neu und anders ist, bleibt die Marke stets ihrer Maxime treu, individuelle, durchdachte Konzepte, Umweltfreundlichkeit und moderne Architektur zu einer einzigartigen Symbiose verschmelzen zu lassen.
Berlin is always worth a visit. From 2025, there will be yet another attraction that will make a stay in the capital city an experience. On the grounds of Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin an exceptional project is being developed in cooperation with the Titanic Hotels Group: Over 100 rooms, car & bike suites and serviced apartments for short and longterm stays will be created in converted sea containers. The serviced apartments will be located in a listed loft building. The location is ideal for exploring the capital, excursions to the Berlin Citadel and Spandau‘s open-air theatre, followed by a relaxing night‘s rest next to the lake.
The 77 container design hotel rooms will be placed on the roofs of Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin, many of them with a view of Lake Spandau. The over twelve-metre-long „High-Cubes“ are sea containers with an area of 27 square metres that will be refined with high-quality materials in a modern design completely in the Motorworld style. The special charm of their adventurous years spent on the world‘ s oceans will naturally be preserved. The hotel‘s spacious open lobby concept also allows for quiet spaces and cosy corners to work in or chill out. The restaurant, measuring 500 square metres, will welcome its guests with culinary highlights, which will also be served on the outdoor terrace directly on the waterside. Titanic concept hotels are familiar to many holidaymakers in Turkey and Germany. It all started in 2003 with the spectacular Titanic Deluxe Lara in Antalya, which was designed in the likeness of a cruise liner. The name eventually became a brand. And even though each of the Titanic Hotels is always new and different, the brand consistently remains true to its precept of fusing individual, thoughtful concepts, environmental friendliness and modern architecture into a unique symbiosis.
